You can only rollover IRA to IRA once a year?
Beginning in 2015, IRA owners will no longer be able to complete more than one 60-day rollover in a 12-month period, regardless of the number of IRAs they own. BUT the one-rollover-per-12-month rule does not apply to rollovers between an IRA and a qualified retirement plan (e.g., 401(k), profit sharing, defined benefit, 403(b) plan, etc.) or vice versa. The Language You Use DOES Matter
When discussing enrolling in a retirement plan, it's incredibly important to speak in terms that will resonate with everyone in the room. Without universal appeal, you risk being a roadblock to someone's retirement.
Do job candidates want to buy what you're selling?
"Let's put it this way: if employment is a product, then what would the candidate want to buy?" said Juan Pablo Gonzalez, who works with companies to design compensation packages, among many other things, at Axiom Consulting Partners. Ever eaten an elephant?

Save for retirement - the 2 minute rule
I'm a fan of James Clear, who writes about science-based ideas for mastering your habits and living an optimal life. It's part of my "if I can only harness my habits" obsession of late. He wrote a great post called How to Stop Procrastinating by Using the “2-Minute Rule” and it totally hits home when it comes to retirement.
Frustrated they won't take your advice? Take ours instead.
Ever been asked for advice? Of course you have. Happens a lot. Ever had someone not take it because they say it won’t work, or worse, “take” your advice, not actually follow what you said, and then proudly proclaim that you were wrong and responsible for their failure?
